Review summary

We have been on 6 cruises now. It seems like they have been going down each time. The room is not cleaned like it used to be. We had to even ask for beach towels in the room. The entertainment in the theatre was not that good. We went twice, usually go each night, but didn't enjoy it so we went to the comedy or the dive in movie which were both good. Probably try another cruise line just to compare next time.

We took a tour around and went to the beach. The beach was not a favorite and we will not be back. The sand blew the whole time and you couldn't enjoy laying out for being hit constantly by it.

We took a tour around. This was the 2nd time we had been here. When the tour was over we just explored around the port.

We love Puerto Rico. This was the 2nd time we had been here with the 1st time being before the hurricane last year. We have thought about moving here when we retire and wanted to see more of the island. We were pleased to hear that the island now has 100% electricity again. We will definately be back here.

Grand Turk Island

Do not like this port at all. We have been here 4 times now and have been dissapointed each time. The beach was all sea weedy and when you got thru that the water was too deep. We stayed on the beach about 30 minutes and went back to the boat. Do not plan on going back here again and iif we do we will stay on the boat.

Beach towels were in our room in May. We didn't care for our cabin Stewart. But that's the only time we had bad service. Love carnival.

Been on 3 RCL cruises in past 3 years and besides entertainment food on the carnival was much better with more options!!!!

Love the Magic! Next time try the Cloud Spa rooms. Best service peaceful, towels, saunas, etc. Just a perfect vacation!

I cant judge other cruise lines other than Disney, and while we loved it, we cant afford 3 cruises per year like we can with Carnival. In our opinion as a family of 4 with 2 teens, Carnival provides us a great time, every time. Thank you Carnival and all of your team members!!

When did they stop putting beach towels in the rooms. Sailed in January on the Valor and August on the Sunshine, beach towels were in the room both cruises.

We switched to Norwegian...entertainment and food are better in my opinion. Good ports too.

Wow! I guess you can’t please everyone! Now, the dirty shower, that is gross! Dirty balcony chairs, meh...can’t control birds outside, easy to clean! Other than that, you people are nuts!! I love Carnival!!! I have never had a bad cruise!! Have they made some cuts, Yes! But still an amazing vacation!! Your room steward asks you when you get on the ship when & how often you want your room cleaned, it is up to YOU to decide! As for beach towels, they no longer put them in the rooms UNLESS you ask! Now you can check them out & return them for clean ones at the pools/spas. Geez! Do you people act like this at home? I’d hate to see how you treat people in your daily lives!!

Skerley33078866, Wow!! I've only been on carnival with my family for the same of 6 cruises, and could not agree more with you, the first time 2nd and even third was great!! But on the last cruise we did towards the end of July this year on the Sunshine. At it's best it was subpar, dirty shower,balcony chairs looked like they had a visit from the angry birds, and the room steward was either really bombarded with alot but didn't seem to helpful with requests that I had become accustomed to on our first cruises.

Definitely try another cruiseline. We will be trying Carnival for the first time in March and hoping we like it as much as the other cruiselines we've been on.
