Our room Stewart was amazing! Very friendly and if we needed anything and asked Daewah( not sure about spelling) he took care of it immediately! And the towel animals he made were fantastic! Also Jay our waiter at supper was wonderful also! Remembered our names each day and made our supper an enjoyable event! Also loved the entertainment!W

we went on the KonTiki party boat tour and it was awful! Wasn't at all what it advertised. Was supposed to be easy for someone with mobility issues and family friendly! It was not! It was way to crowded after picking up people from 3 cruise ships and there was no responsibility in how much people were drinking, there were people so drunk it was disgusting! Then all of these drunken people were acting horrible! My husband and I don't drink and I don't have a problem with others drinking except when they are out of control! We ended up sitting on this boat for hours then we were late getting back to our ship and the only entrance was the furthest from where we were let off this tour . I was in such pain from sitting so long on this horrible boat I had a very hard time getting to the gangway! And I was in such pain that night and next day I was not able to get off in San Juan!! We absolutely wasted our time and money on n this excursion!
