Loved the Thalassotherapy pool when it was working. Very hard sell of products post services, be prepared.

Was on the magic in may. Nothing wrong with the ship. Some staff members didn’t do their jobs but that is normal on all jobs. From what we heard air conditioning was lacking on interior rooms but we had a balcony and it was great

And considering it went into dry dock 2 years ago, she must be one of those people where if its not 100% perfect, it's unexceptable.

I'm curious as well. The ships first cruise was in 2012. It is very new. I have been on much older ships and they have been refurbished and totally fine
