Review summary

Carnival Magic Room was dirty to the point my Wife had to clean our room. Staff could care less about us the customer. Dining staff had us miss the show every night except one due to us being in the dining room over 2 hours! This is beyond unreasonable as we purposely selected early seating so we could see the show at 7:30.

Dirty, Carnival staff very un customer friendly. to the point they go out of their way to say we didn't complain about our cabin having no A/C enough!

We had issues with the dining staff, too, Paul. Many of the northern lights staff were inattentive, food was forgotten/not brought out, and other issues last week. Seemed like the ship was too full or understaffed. Full review coming soon.

Although Carnival has made several cuts in the MDR with staff, they do tell you to allow 2 hours for dinner. If you have early dining you won’t make a 7:30 show.
