Review summary

Still mad about losing St. Thomas, but we had 29 family members on the cruise, so it was hard not to have a great time. Piano bar and comedy shows were fun.

Ship tip

Upgraded wifi was expensive and horrible. don't plan on making contact while at sea. Losing St. Thomas (25% of our trip) and ;being offered $50 was a joke. I thought I would get claustrophobic having an inside cabin, but I did not mind at all. Very dark and easy to sleep at night.

we did the Damajagua Falls excursion. It was great!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas Did not visit port

Carnival contacted us two days before the cruise to state St. Thomas was off our ports to visit. Very disappointed. we were offered $50 on board credit...what a joke.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

short walk to the amazing fort. If you are a history buff, go tour it. No need for taxi...just walk

Grand Turk Island

just did a beach day. There is also a nice pool with surf machine. you can walk there...close to ship dock. Walk down the beach a bit before you get sold a crowded beach lounge and umbrella.

Did you get your port fee back for this port? It is refundable.

Medical emergency started it. Then trying to make up time something to do with propulsion issues. Carnival had to do what was best and safest so cut out one port. It is now fixed
