Great time, good selections of places to eat on board, staff was nice, we didn't have any problem that were not addressed and corrected quickly
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We were in a party that included a Platinum handicapped member. Thank you for allowing us to stay together, although some embarkation staff did try to separate us, this was corrected by supervisor staff.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was good, but not always served hot (but it was warm), we know this could be a challenge with a large number of people being served in the dining rooms
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
DID NOT enjoy the smoke in the casino, I have a hard time breathing, and the smoke and smell was outside the casino as well (install air curtains?, better ventilation? ). Please make more prominent the alternate routes to go around the casino and any other area that is a smoking area. This was the major draw back for us.
Thank you for including a veteran's gathering. This was done on other cruises we are on, but on another cruise that we were on, a group picture of the veterans was taken and given to all who were there.
Entertainment

We went to 88 Keys, slow start, but very good once it got started

Please see comments above about smoking areas and better instructions/access/directions on how to get around them, as well as possible air curtains and better ventilation so that the smoke doesn't get into other areas (i.e. fun shops, pixels, etc.), AND ADD FOX NEWS TO YOUR TV PROGRAMING
Cabin / Stateroom

all were fine
Ship tip
Expect a great cruise, pack in smaller bags, they are easier to handle then one or more very large ones.
There are hotels that have cruise packages, that offer buffet breakfast the day of the cruise, transportation to port, and a place to park your car while you are gone, as well as transportation back to the hotel.
If traveling in a group, separate your luggage by traveler to check to see if you have it all when you return from the cruise, as bags do look alike. If you miss a bag, you can contact the transportation carrier and they will give you instructions for UPS and FEDEX to pick up and deliver your bags to you (your cost) if you miss one when they drop you off at the hotel upon your return (check bags, again many bags look alike, you may want to use some way to mark your bags (i.e. colored duck tape on the handle, yard or ribbons on the zippers, some designs on your luggage, etc.)
We hoped to go on Twister (Booked prior to the cruise through Carnival, but one of our group was on oxygen and they would not let her go on the ride), but ended up touring the Maya ruins
ok, but we missed 2 of our pieces of luggage and were able to make arrangements with FEDEX to deliver them to us (we are waiting for them to be delivered today)
I agree with Gemo69, the smoke is a huge problem. I am sure there must be asthmatics onboard these cruises that cannot tolerate the cloud of secondhand smoke.
