Northern Lights Dining Room was great Putu and his wait staff great from the very first day, they knew our names and by day three they knew if one of us were missing there were great, we made it to dinner every day and every day we were pleased. They were excellent

Our entire service staff, from the room steward( I forgot his name) and his team, and especially to the waiters and his team (Putu I know that I'm not spelling it right but I think it's table 277) Northern Lights Dining Room they were extra...extra really great from the very first day. Every day we made it a point to make it to dinner because we were very comfortable and made relaxed with them. All I can say is that Putu and his team was great to us each and every night

The room was clean every day thank you to the cleaning staff and his team for doing a great job, however the bed was a somewhat uncomfortable because I asked for a king size but I received 2 twin size mattress that was put together and I was not happy about that.

Ship tip

This was an excellent there was always something to do the people, fun squad, staff and cousin Cookie all treated you like family I would go again and refer carnival magic to a friend.

I really did not understand the point of getting our bags pick up the night before and waiting to be the last to get off of the boat, I think it should be the other way around

FYI.. The reason for them taking all of the luggage the night before is so they can carry it all out and have it waiting in the luggage area for us when we depart. Early that morning. They are already in preparation for pre-boarding early luggage for the new guests on the next cruise. 😉
