This was our 2 cruise and 2nd time on the Magic we look forward to many more cruise's with Carnival.

This process was much better and smoother then when we traveled in Nov 2017. We were on the ship in no time and thru security in no time.

They kept us very busy in between ports, I wish they had more music sing alongs and stuff like that.

The performers for the shows were just awesome, and DJ Bones did amazing and kept everyone interested and very entertained. What can I say about "Cookie" he did an amazing job, he made everyone feel welcome, loved and at home. He was so funny and kept everyone entertained, I would deffintly book another cruise if he was the CD on it. He was personable and approachable, you can really tell he loves what he does and that he just loves people. I think the Magic made a great decision to place him as the CD of this ship, although we really do love Dr E and booked this trip because of him. We were pleasantly suprised to have COOKIE he was amazing also.

Service and Staff

We had the most amazing cabin steward Bryan Bella, he is the best that we have ever had he exceeded our every expectation and more. We never had to ask for clean towels or ice, I wish we can take him on all of our trips. This man works hard and you can really tell that he enjoys what he does. We just loved him!
Ship Quality

As an asthmatic it was very tough to walk thru the casino with all the smoke. I believe that the smoking area's should be in back of the ship where non smokers like myself do not have to walk thru it just to get to the rest of the entertainment. That was poor design in my opinion.
Cabin / Stateroom

Bryan kept our cabin well stocked and cleaned, loved the towel animals.
Ship tip
Relax and enjoy the ship and try to get involved with the activities that they have going on. Let the crew take care of the stress and worry, they do an amazing job.
I was disappointed with this port because if you do not have an excursion booked then there is not much to do except walk around the shops. I was looking forward to swimming here but all the beaches were on the other side of the island not within walking distance.
I found that the tour guides were very pushy and if you didn't wanna take there 1 hour tour then they didn't wanna know you. Again this port didn't have any swimming area's without a book excursion to the other side of the island. Bummer
We had an amazing day to be able to get off the ship and go right in to the water for swimming and snorkeling. We spent the day on the free beach and had lunch at Jimmy Buffets of also offered a free swim up bar over looking the beautiful crystal clear water.
