Had a great time cause I was with family. A/C in overall ship wasn't the best. Food was good. Activities Directory was amazing! Bar servers and a few shop workers were less than friendly, which was disappointing. Wish excursion would have given me more info so I could of made a better decision of going or not.

Food was good. Disappointed in our server. Either he was new or too overwhelmed. He really didn't interact with anyone at the table. So used to having those that do. He did do his best I guess.

Pool and Spa were my hangouts mainly. They did have enough things to do. The activies director was AMAZING. He truly made the trip fun.

Room attendant 'Michael' great. Photo attendant (name started with Ion) -- she was having a bad day. Bar attendants -- hit or miss -- not as friendly as I expected. Dining attendant -- was just 'there'.
Ship Quality

Ship was clean but the air conditioning SUCKED. In room had to call maintenance twice. But throughout the ship it was a constant temperature that kept you warm day and night.
Cabin / Stateroom

Michael, our cabin attendant was AMAZING. Unfortunately the warm room from the a/c not working as it should really was disappointing. Michael did make sure we had everything we need and a lot of attention to detail.
Ship tip
Make sure you ask about your excursion. Pictures seem pretty and 'some' of the explanation is ok, but was disappointed with an excursion that I would of never picked if I knew more details about it.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Did the excursion with the all inclusive beach resort/food/drinks. Ride to beach was beyond bumpy and mud roads. Truck had trouble getting up some roads and would slip backwards a bit. VERY VERY scary to me. If I would of known or seen the pictures of how we were gonna get there, I would of never agreed to go. I will go ahead and write the warning they should of had when this trip was offered.... IF YOU HAVE NECK OR BACK PROBLEMS OR ARE PREGNANT ***DO NOT*** GO ON THIS EXCURSION!!!!! Once there, the good was 'ok'. Hoped it would have typical food from the island, but it was not. Liquor was ok (generic), but you had to pay extra if you wanted to try certain drinks. Not worth the money.
