Review summary

Take time out fir the Chefs table. We enjoyed sampling different entrees and the main courses. The chef had one of the table mates make the Chocolate melting cake and gave us receipe.

We ate mostly in main dining room. Good food and waiters were awesome with us as a family. Ate a few lunches on the Windjammer but preferred the quiet of the main dining room when open.

Our waiters in the main dining room were awesome. Third time on this shop and some of the remembered us. Our cabin stewards kept our cabins clean.

Third time on ship. Ship was clean and well maintained.

We had balcony rooms gor us and our girls. Overall rooms were nice and clean and we enjoyed our balcony.

Ship tip

When you have 2 rooms with balconies ask fir adjoining gate to be open to enjoy full 2 balconies.

3 Oz chocolate semi sweet, 3 Oz sweet chocolate, 6 Oz unsalted butter, 4 eggs, 2 Oz flour, 1.5 Oz sugar, make sure eggs at room temperature and chocolate is warm, melt chocolate and butter, mix eggs and sugar and whisk few minutes, add flour to egg abd sugar mixture, add egg mix to melted chocolate and mix well, pour into greased molds, bake in oven at 320 degrees for 14 minutes, enjoy
