It was my husbands very first cruise. He wasn't even sure it was his thing. But he went on it for me. He loved it so much. We are already booking our next one and he decided every year on our anniversary, that's what we are gonna do. Cruise.

We did early dining in the Northern lights dining room. Dinner was amazing. We had a group of 3 servers. Wayan Sumerta, Gede Kariada, and Nyoman Migi. We went out of our way to get their full names because they were supperb. We just love them. They made our entire dining room experience so wonderful. We never wanted for anything. They had the best personalities. I do hope we see them again. We loved our matre de' also. He was also personable and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. He has great servers under him with those 3.

Onboard Activities

We really enjoyed the comedy shows. We laughed so hard, I think we firmed our abs a bit. ;) We went to all the fun shop raffles and won twice! Pravin in the jewelry store was very kind and helpful. And the lady that did the speaking for the raffles- wish I could remember her name- she made it so fun!

Comedians were hilarious. There were 2 at the end that we really loved. Percy crews 2 was one of them.... I can remember the others name but he used to be a professional wrestler... adopted a boy... became a little league coach... we loved them. And my hubby didn't think he would enjoy the shows.

Our room steward Jorge... he was ON POINT! So kind, personable, and professional. We felt so welcome and we'll taken care of with him! And our wait staff! We made SURE to get their full names! Wayan Sumerta, Gede Kariada, and Nyoman Migi. Best service ever! We love them! Personable, friendly, catered to our every whim! Great smiles and attitude! We really wish we could request them on every future cruise! I hope we see them again! ♡

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was perfect. Plenty of drawers and cabinets for our belongings. Jorge made sure we had everything we needed. We never got the name of the gentleman helping him, but he was a kind fellow also. Very attentive. Always came back to a clean room, a bucket of ice for our beverages, fresh towels. So refreshing.
Ship tip
You're gonna love it. Don't try to stay on board after your cruise is over. They know you're there. ;)
We stayed in the port and did the beach for 2 package. $74.99 for 2 for the beach, kayak, clam shell, two rafts, and all inclusive drinks (delicious drinks)..We swam and snorkeled... and I got a fish pedicure... I loved this port!
The port here was beautiful. Unfortunately I bumped and broke a small bottle of tequila. Had to pay $30 for tequila I never got to taste. Lol. We did a beach excursion with unlimited drinks. Beach was full of plastic trash in the water.. when I first got there I combed the beach trying to clean it up. Then we snorkeled and kept seeing more trash float past us. We kept getting heckled on the beach to buy random stuff... and the drinks were horrible. Our server was kind though.
We chose to do the slow disembark, so we went up to lido, had some breakfast, and chilled out until it was time. They did great getting us off the boat in a timely fashion. Hey have I mentioned how much everybody loves DR. E?! That guy is a gold mine for carnival cruise lines. Also, they brought the captain out at one of the events. He was pretty dang awesome also. Great personality and PROFESSIONAL! The way he maneuvers that big old ship in those tiny little places. He's awesome.
