We truly enjoy our vacation even though we were not very thrilled with the change of itinerary. Everyone on the ship was very professional and made sure we were having a good time.

The shows and entertainment were great! Cruise Director Dr. E was amazing and kept us very inform of all activities throughout the ship. Dr. E sure kept us laughing and enjoying every moment of our vacation.

The kids club staff was amazing and very professional. Staff Member Jay assure us all would be great and our son would be very busy and entertain.

Room Stewards I Wayan was very professional and welcoming. I Wayan made sure we had everything needed and assure us to contact hi if anything was needed in the future. Our room was always so nice and clean.
Assistant Waiter Kasia was very professional and helped us to find our way in the Lido deck every morning. She was so pleasant and professional.
Ship Quality

The ships lay out and design was excellent. All areas were clean. There was an incident on Thanksgiving night where a person got sick outside the North Restaurant within seconds the cleaning crew arrived to clean off the vomit and make sure no one was affected by the situation. Throughout the days the cleaning crews was constantly making sure the ship was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cleanliness was excellent. Room was very comfortable for three people. We were happy to have two bathrooms in the room.

The ship has enough entertainment and activities all around. Enjoy it!
A few years back I went to Costa Maya. I was surprise to see how much it has changed since our last visit. It looks very pretty now. I was quite disappointed with the customer service at the stores and restaurants. The waiter that took care of us at the restaurant overcharged us for drinks even though the menu stated a different amount. I was not please! No excursions.
This island is beautiful. I was a bit disappointed with the rain. But I would go back just to have a chance to explore what it has to offer. No excursions.
This island is always amazing! I wish the ship would have spent more time in the island. We did do an excursion (Dune Buggy and Snorkel) and we had a great time.
