Ship was dirty. Carpet stained. Foul smell on deck 2. Room a/c not working. Just not meeting our Carnival expectations after our 10th Carnival cruise.

We did the Magic to the West. I did do some of those ports on the Dream a couple of years ago. Not sure about now, but Puerto Rico was amazing.

I had similar issues. Service was great, but ships seems to be showing its age more that it should.

This is a newer ship. It shouldn't have these kinds of complaints, hope carnival gets it together.
