Review summary

The stateroom was FILTHY as if it had not been cleaned in a long time.

The Cabin Stewart failed to provide the necessities such as soap, and clean towels, we had to constantly ask him to do it.

The bed sheets were never changed during the 8-day cruise!

The entertainment was very poor and of low quality.

The ship only has 2-pools and they were Overcrowded at all times.

The safety drill was conducted in a very unprofessional manner in the theater and it was very disorganized.

The very worst part was, THE LACK OF SAFETY PERSONNEL ON BOARD!

We saw two different cases of Medical Emergencies where the patients would have required Prompt Medical attention, however, there were NO Medical personnel readily available to help for at least 20-25 minutes. People are at risk.

I will Never Again book a Carnival Cruise!.

Very small and badly set up. FILTHY DIRTY!. LOW WATER PRESSURE IN THE SINK, (BARELY ENOUGH COMING FROM FAUCET)

DO NOT SAIL ON CARNIVAL!. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CATTLE! AND TAKE YOUR GOOD MONEY.

roberto311 probably better if you don't book another for you and carnival . In 13 cruises have not had a problem that they don't correct if you tell them about .

Our stateroom in February 2016 was Amazing && our steward Iwayan was Amazing as Well. He was so helpful & met ALL our needs during our stay. We definitely compensated him for his greatness during our 7 day cruise. The food was great as Well as the entertainment. The people aboard were so friendly & Nice. It was our 3rd cruise with carnival & planning to board The Splendor Sept. 2017. Overall ir was a Wonderful cruiseâ¤ï¸

Wow, I hate to hear that we sailed New Year's Eve and had a wonderful time and could not have asked for more professional people on the boat super super nice awesome vacation

our last cruise was on the magic and we had a blast our state room was clean and when we came to our room to get something we would put a towel on the floor and leave come back 15 minutes later and it was picked up, I know they will not touch your personal things so if you left it your personal stuff thrown all over and a mess it your fault maybe you should have brought your maid with you.

I really enjoyed the Magic. I have to ask though why is it when someone states that had a horrible time so many jump on them? Not everyone is going to have good experiences.

I throughly enjoyed our trip on the Magic back in Nov. The cruise director and crew was the best I've experienced. Sorry you did not enjoy your experience.
