Review summary

Destinations were great, but I was very disappointed with the shows.

Also  now instead of cleaning our room twice a day they only cleanonce.

They ask you how many times a day you want it cleaned . That is to save them time if you don't want to be bothered

My parents were on the Magic Feb 18-25. They hated the shows. Loved everything else.

Last week on the Magic we were asked about the once or twice a day.  We said twice to get fresh towels for late evening.  We always need late afternoon showers after excursions and sometimes again if we have a late swim or hot tub.  They were happy to oblige.

I like my room cleaned twice a day. We are not messy or dirty but I like the bathroom and toilet cleaned and my bed made.

Just wondering who would possibly need your room cleaned twice?! They work so hard as it is to have to clean a room twice is senseless. Maybe we are just not messy people...

Same here. They asked if we wanted morning cleaning or evening or both.

They asked us when we took our stuff to our room if we wanted it cleaned once or twice a day. We marked on form twice. Just tell room steward you want it twice.
