Review summary

We booked stateroom 2433. Ever night at 1:30 am to 5:30 am the room shook, pots falling, carts or something moving, etc. due to the noise coming from the kitchen galley. BEWARE don't book a stateroom on Deck 2. We have been on over 30 cruises and have never experienced this in our stateroom.

The ship was beautiful. The staff on the ship is very friendly and made you feel very comfortable.

Service in restaurant was very good. Enrico at table 162 was super. The staff on this ship was outstanding.

We booked stateroom 2433. Ever night at 1:30 am to 5:30 am the room shook, banging, dropping of things, etc. due to the noise coming from the kitchen galley. On the Magic map of staterooms, when we booked, it showed that our room was under the restaurant. We thought that we be ok since any noise would probably end by 11:00 pm. We did not get one night's good sleep for the entire cruise. Well the noise was so bad that we called guest services every night. They couldn't move us because the ship was full. They sent a Carnival person to our cabin and he said they had received complaints about this before!!! BEWARE. Don't book any stateroom on Deck 2
