Review summary

Disappointed with the many cutbacks Carnival has made. The new dining room system clearly isn't working. Our meals were never delivered at the same time. And forget about asking for a beverage. The ship itself was nice and the cruise director Schwartz was the best We have ever had. He definitely made the funship fun. Carnival please bring back the old ways.

Nice but be very aware of surroundings. Someone tried to cut my daughters backpack off her and they were so slick she didn't feel it.

If your looking for beach walk down the beach until you find Jacks Shack. Less crowded and free beach chairs plus food and drinks half the price of Margaritaville.

On my last cruise on the Vista I noticed there was no one coming around to get you drinks when you were lounging on the pool decks.

Good review! BUT note this review is from May of 2016. The CD is now Schwartz, not Dr. E until February 18 of 2017.

Carnival like all cruise have cut back a lot over the past several years. First to go, the Midnight Buffet, then some live music, then shows every night. I'm sure there are more changes that save money.

We always recieved our food at the same time on the Dream and we were a table of 8. We also never had a problem with drinks. Maybe you had a bad wait staff.
