Review summary

We had some issues with a few customer service desk people just being rude. Our waiter, Juan Carlos in the my time dining was fantastic! He went above and beyond, cutting our kids' steak the first night without asking. He knew our names after the first night every time he saw us, even outside of the main dining. There's a lot to do and hard to get to do it all. We loved the cruise director, Schwartz and his signature sign off. Love you, love you more, love you the most! My 8 year old son even became like his little sidekick the last couple of days and he was so sweet with him.

Our kids are 8 and 10 so they went a few times to the evening things with their friends they met on the boat but got bored quickly and asked us to pick them up. The staff was great but just not enough to keep the kids entertained. They enjoyed swimming with friends and doing ship activities with their friends more than the kids club.

Our room was a great size. I would give the 🙂 but had a few issues with the tv not having a button and we had to turn it on with a spoon or something else. The remote didn't work and it took customer service over an hour one night to bring a new one and it still didn't work properly. The ladder for the bunk bed had some screws keeping one of the rungs in place coming out. We asked for it to be fixed and it took days for anyone to do anything. When they finally did, it still kept coming out. Overall, our steward was great and the room was too.

Ship tip

Don't do the excursions. You can venture out on your own and find that the same things are much cheaper. Take a cooler and tip your steward and he will keep it full of ice the whole time.
