This is my 6th cruise with Carnival and I had a good time as usual especially since a surprise proposal was involved! One thing that disappointed me  as a nursing mother was the fact that I called prior to coming on the boat and I inquired if there was a place that a nursing mother could store properly secure milk. I was told by the carnival rep that I was able to do so that I would just need to give my cooler to the housekeeping staff and it would be store in a freezer...needless to say that didn't happen!  I was a little disappointed in the staff just because the friendly candor I am use to was not present. I felt the housekeeping staff didn't make it a point to make themselves familiar with the guest by learning the names and happily greeting us when in the halls. I am use to the staff making the trip so memorable that I can't remember all their names. But for this trip there were 3 members that I can recall 2 of which that made the trip memorable. I so enjoyed the cantina food bar (the fish tacos are the best) but I wish they didn't close so early by the time that we came back from the ports the cantina bar would be shut down! I booked my cruise through and was suppose to receive a $75 drink credit which I was not given because I was apparently supposed to fill something out 3 weeks prior to the cruise which I was not informed of when I had called multiple times and had even inquired about. Some of the policies have changed for Carnival and they now no longer deliver alcohol that has been purchased to your door at instead guest have to get up early in the morning in order to stand in a ridiculously long line just to pick it up. Luckily I woke up at 5am for a line that wouldn't be attended to until 6am and I was one of the 1st to get my alcohol to carry home. But there were 2 lines (one for port purchases the other for fun shop purchases) I think this setup is not conducive to a guest "vacation". I also had to wait around while they confirmed my alcohol package because they had mine labeled for the wrong room!

The Cantina bar should stay open longer! The prime rib for the captain's dinner wasn't good to me at all and it seemed a lot of the people in my party that ordered it had some sort of stomach issue that evening!

I wish they would add more variety to the music. We heard the same songs just about everyday on the Lido deck and definitely every night in the Vibe night club!

The cabin location was great! Right by the elevator and only a few floors from the fun. It made going back and forth from the room a breeze!

Liquor is the cheapest here if you plan to bring it back home!

This would be the best place to enjoy the beach or schedule and excursion there isn't much to Gran Turk!
