Review summary

Open dining, our first experience and liked it very much. The distribution of guests could be done better. One night it took over 2 hrs for dinner. Our waiter had 24 people at different tables with almost no help. The guy who handles the bar offering finally started helping him. The other 2 waiters around us had 6 people each. They were never given any more and at one point they had no-one.

The service was very slow. At breakfast in the Southern Lights and at open dining in the Northern Lights. We never met the Maitre d or the assistant Maitre d, but we still were expected to tip them. They did not do a good job of distribution of guests in the open dining.

Room service was toooooo slow. ordered lunch and 1 hour later it was still not there. Had to leave for excursion.

Nice cabin which was kept clean and neat by our cabin attendant. Would help if all the electrical plugs were not all together.
