The ratio of staff to passengers is a tough job. If you get the chance ask your steward, wait staff or any other staff how many hrs. per day they work in order to make your cruise as good as they can. Most have 2 or more task per day. I have to hand it to them. Most of the time job well done. Make sure you tip if exceptional job done.
