Review summary

If you have not cruised with Carnival before and have not because of what others have told you. You are missing out! If you want 1st class dinning, excellent service, Relaxation, great entertainment, then what are you waiting for? Sure if you want to party all night long there is a place for that. If you want comedy there is a place for that, you want relaxing music? Yep, it is on board. The Carnival Magic has something for everyone. Your time dinning is the way to go!!

Sea Day Brunch is a must do. If you can swing the cost, the couples massage will have your wife talking for years to come. The Chief's Table at $75.00 per person is a steal. Guys, if you are celebrating anything with your wife, Chief's Table and Steak House is a way to win her heart.

Went on my first cruise in January 2016 on the Sensation I enjoyed myself but now wish I did more I'm going again in February 2017 and can't wait.

Honestly the food, especially on the buffet is just average... But we found if you eat breakfast in the mdr it's better. And do lunch at cuchino del capitano (free for lunch) then dinner again at mdr. We've been blessed to have been on the Magic twice and are going on the Breeze this Sept 25th. People act like you should be treated like sultans on these cruises! I say chill out and be thankful your even able to go on a cruise and eat till ya pop!! Not really relevant to this post, but that's my 2 cents.

Wow. That is interesting. From my first cruise on Carnival thru my last cruise with Carnival I saw a very noticeable decline in the quality , quantity and presentation of the food in the main dinning room. Along with a few other negative changes made by Carnival I stopped sailing with them. Lately I have seen quite a few very positive comments about the things that had turned me away from Carnival. I think that I might give Carnival another shot.

We have had the same on the: Triumph, Magic, Dream and in August 2016 Freedom. Thanks to all of the Carnival crews for making our vacations what they are. If you expect something different then go to another cruise line, because the party starts as soon as we are on board.See ya soon!
