Overall It Was A Pleasant Trip

Sail Date: June 14, 2015

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The staff at Carnival were excellent.  They went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great time.  Absolutely loved our April and our waiter, Richard.  The people at Guest Services, however, were not very friendly or helpful.

There was some bad weather that required the order of our ports to be flipped around, which may be why all of our excursions felt so disorganized.  I was disappointed with the amount of time we had to spend in Jamaica and Grand Cayman.  It really felt like we waited in line to get off the boat, waited in line to get to our excursion and three hours later we were waiting in line again to get back on the boat.  The staff at all of our excursions were excellent, especially Reuben in Mexico.  He was friendly, funny, and entertaining, he made cave experience!

Ship Quality

The food in the dining room was excellent, but the Lido deck was not very good.
