Review summary
The ship was amazing and the staff was amazing. Unfortunately the cruise was delayed for departure and arrival at galveston due to very thick fog. We were unable to board the ship until 6 pm in the evening when the origional departure was set for 3. The ship didnt end up leaving until 10 oclock at night on departure day. Same thing happened at the end of the cruise. The boat didnt dock until 4 and thanks to all the hardworking CBP agents that went home we didnt get off the boat until 930 at night. Not the fault of Carnival at all and I know the staff on the boat had to put in some serious overtime on those days and were still as pleasant as always.
once we hit the carribean on tuesday through friday the weather was unbelivable and the ship was a blast with tons of stuff to do. Saw a lot of dolphins from the balconies and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking.
