we actually walked out of several shows due to the lack of quality... the final night was the exception - what a show! and what a response! Being the Inaugural cruise, we were expecting more excitement, fan fare - not a token gift

our luggage did not arrive for 5 days! the staff went out of their way to help us [by giving us personal items, t-shirt, discount for shop purchases, and actually doing our laundry as we had only what we wore!]

trains were on strike, staff didn't know or care, thus we were forced to hire a private taxi. Naples drivers are wild, very disconcerting - a definate 'do not do'
