Overall it was not what I expected. The service is not good, the ship is old, the food is "ok" at best. They do not offer the same entertainment as on other ships. It is a different experience and the ship seems to shut down about 10pm. Very little to do, i suggest you bring table games, radio, etc. Alaska is beautiful and worth the destination but if i were to do it again, it would have to be on another ship.

Not very attentive to the guest. I had to go to every bar and order except when I was in the casino. My stateroom attendant was awesome, but the rest of the staff was poor at best.

Keep in mind this ship is old and not the typical Carnival layout. Do not expect to party on this cruise, everything shuts down around 10pm.
we arrived at night, you have to shuttle into the city, we were only there for 3 hours, it seemed to be nice but many businesses were closed/closing when we arrived. I suggest arriving earlier and staying longer.
