It was not a bad cruise for being my first. The food and service were great. Too long of lines at the information counter at all times.

Overall, we were underwhelmed with our experience. The buffets weren't open when we wanted to eat, the entertainment and activities just weren't for us. We felt like the cruise line was just out to get more of our money. The staff was not very helpful when our rivate island day was cancelled and they added Freeport as a stop. We weren't given any information about what was available or where beaches were located. Freeport was a much better experience as far as shopping. The vendors were much more laid back and friendly thn in Nassua.

Was a good cruise. Didn't like the layout of the ship. Some floors were blocked by the dining room. Kept you from getting to other end of the ship. But we still had fun! As always. Ship was clean, staff was great (especially the bartenders at the Alchemy Bar!) Still love Carnival but probably won't return to that class of ship.

The staff made it perfect. They made the trip worthwhile. Other than that, it was just OK. Don’t feel like I really got my money’s worth. Ship was OK, food was OK, activities were OK. It was easy to get bored on the ship. But talking with the staff made it more than worth it.

This ship had the best cruise director I’ve ever experienced. Very friendly and personable. Loads of fun

Awesome first cruise for me! Really loved the atmosphere. The music went out in the beginning, but we brought our own speaker and before we knew it, the party was surrounded by us!

Staff was unfriendly and argumentative was hung up on when called for maintenance was charged twice for photos and was not told because someone took pictures. Once tour for final destination was over it was as if the cruise itself was over. Club was closed several whirlpools were closed for “maintenance” and buffet was never restocked whatever was left was it and it all looked like slop. Dine-in was no longer available to new guests after 830 pm we were told to utilize buffet or 24hr pizza.

Cabin was great, food was great, staff was helpful and pleasant. I like this ship

While this was my first cruise, I had a great time!

The trip was good, excellent food and the waiters really good and friendly. I prefer to go in cruises with people with higher class and more activities in the ship. The amenities were good.

This was our first cruise, celebrating my 70th Birthday. I was hindered by a fractured pelvic bone for which I was still recouping. Therefore walking was difficult and painful. We didn't get to partake in all the activities because of my condition. We did however enjoy the ones we were able to attend. We met some very nice people and were impressed by how friendly and attentive the entire staff was. We found that all we had to do was ask and we received the help we needed. We will most likely schedule another cruise later when we can fully enjoy all parts of the cruise.

This was a solo cruise. Enjoyed being alone. Very relaxing. Couple of hiccups, but nothing too bad. Going next year with sisters.

We had a great time on our first cruise to the Bahamas. We cannot wait to book our next cruise.

CARNIVAL NEEDS TO UP THEIR GAME. ROYAL CARIBBEAN'S FOOD AND SHIP DESIGN ARE SO MUCH BETTER. MY MOM IS 66 YEARS AND A 1 YEAR BREAST CANCER SURVIOR. SHE DOESN'T DRINK ALCOHOL. I WANTED THE CHEERS PACKAGE BUT I WAS UNABLE TO GET IT BECAUSE CARNIVAL MANDATES EVERYONE IN THE ROOM GET THE CHEERS PACKAGE. ROYAL CARIBBEAN DOESN'T DO THIS, HOWEVER THEY WOULD LIKE EACH PERSON IN THE CABIN TO GET ANY TYPE OF PACKAGE, COKE, INTERNET, ETC. CARNIVAL SERVED THE SAME FOOD IN THE MAIN DINING ROOM FOR 3 STRAIGHT NIGHTS. THE CASINO WAS NICE AND THE PHOTOGRAPHY STATIONS AND PROPS WERE AWESOME. COOKIE THE CRUISE DIRECTOR IS SENSATIONAL.

Overall it seemed that the whole ship was under staffed. Waited a lot for drinks or food. People seemed over worked. Ship was not a clean as the other ships we have been on on NCL. we most likely won’t cruise Carnival again.

The staff the food the entire experience was amazing I wouldn’t change it for the world the kids has so much fun they want to do it again for our summer trip

Simply amazing and I cant wait to go back. You wont be disappointed!

We enjoyed the cruise very much and will use Carnival Cruise Line again. As stated above something has to be done about the sewage smell in the cabin hallways.
