Review summary

Overall it seemed that the whole ship was under staffed. Waited a lot for drinks or food. People seemed over worked. Ship was not a clean as the other ships we have been on on NCL. we most likely won’t cruise Carnival again.

Cabins were not very clean. Balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was a spoon on the other side of the balcony that was there before we got there and for our entire trip. My son found a butter knife under our bed.

Disorganized. Not sure when to get off. They called numbers then seemed to kick everyone out before they got finished calling numbers.

Not feeling liberated

First time cruiser

I wouldn't know I was 15 minutes late. I drove all the way from SC to be turned around with no refund. I'm pretty sure Coco Beach takes in lots of money from Carnival castaways! They also had the nerve to offer another trip if I had the money !
