My room steward was great...how ever the staff was horrible. My daughter fell on the wet floor in the dinning area where there was NO SIGNS to caution of wet floors. No one assist us and she's Autistic. The medical staff treatment was worst.

Bed was not great...it kept separating were the twin beds were pushed together and the bathroom had old stains around the tub and the jets in the tub was peeling.

This person is just miserable. My daughter sprained her leg on a cruise from the activities. It was a typical teenager incident. The workers were more concerned with her wellbeing than we were. They sent candy, a card and even stopped by the room to check on her. They went above and beyond. I call BS on this post

Your just a miserable person if nothing was good. Might try flying to those destinations in the future. Sorry to hear about your daughter. I’ve taken 4 cruises with carnival from their oldest to their newest and it’s a different experience each time, but never have I experienced what your describing.

This post interest me I have an autistic daughter and I work for a major entertainment company I love it when the first thing out of a guest mouth is my child is autistic like your supposed to treat them like royalty because of there child’s disability apparently everything is OK because you’re not talking about a funeral there obligation is to treat your child’s injury not cater to her disability or give her any special treatment

Carnival was amazing when our 10yr old grandson had gotten sick and still did everything possible for that child to enjoy his cruise and we didn't purchase the extra insurance and they did everything the could so if u reported it they would have been at ur cabin every so often checking on that child carnival is amazing when it comes to kids sorry ur child was hurt but it's not carnivals fault and we have already booked 2 more cruises with them and will continue

Why is your daughters autism being used as a crutch to make this situation worse? Were you not holding her hand? Does every accident your daughter has automatically equal someone else's fault? Ships have wet floors EVERYWHERE.

Anyone would know the floor is wet on the lido. There is a swimming pool and people in wet bathing suits
