Review summary

This will most likely be the last cruise I take on carnival. i may try a larger class of their ship to see if there truly is a difference. if the customer service is the same it will definitely be my last.

There was no connection with staff and cruisers as on other cruise lines I have been on. They are lacking in this area greatly.

This was a short cruise on an older ship aimed at first time and budget conscious cruisers, so I would not judge an entire cruise line based on this cruise. A longer itinerary on a newer ship will usually be a better experience.
