Review summary

I will never cruise on Liberty again. Our room was very hot, I was drained so I didn't enjoy myself, It was my birthday cruise they give you a $50. gift card but you have to spend over $120 to use it in spa. over all it was a bad cruise.

The A/C did not work the fan in bath room did not work they came to check ac and said 72 was average, that is not true. had i not brought my own fan we would have slept in the hall where it was much cooler, it was so hot i was changing night close every night.

We did a jeep excursion it was bad as well. A/C did not work and the heat from engine was blowing on my feet. they told us it would be a 5 min walk from ship it was 20min they should have shuttled us.

I am glad you wrote this. We were in a huge party of over 300 on the Magic last fall and everyone on John Heald’s Commanding Officer, has been compliant about AC etc would like for us to be there with ideas and lunch is served

Maybe you should try another cruise line just to see if you prefer a different experience. Sorry that you didn't enjoy your birthday cruise.
