Review summary

over all the experience was very good; however, we found that the majority of the guests were from Puerto Rico and most of them were quite rude and loud so that dampened things a bit.  The service on the boat was exceptional.  Frederick took care of our room and was outstanding.  Zandro was out dining waiter and we couldn't ask for anyone better.  he was fantastic.  The hostess (Katherine) needed to smile a bit more and be a little more friendly.  She is the hostess and should seem like she is always busy and you are interrupting her.
