Review summary

I really enjoyed this cruise.  The Carnival team was great on this ship as well as any other ship I have sailed with them.  You are truly their family while on board.  My only regret is booking with which was one problem after another.  I did not feel comfortable that my trip was in fact booked properly until I boarded the ship.  Other than that, great trip and I recommend Carnival

I'm not the only one that didn't feel comfortable with cruisesonly then.  I talked to my "agent" when I booked in November of 2013 (a year before the cruise) and that was the only time I talked to her.  Left her voice mails, sent her emails and no response. Thinking that I might get questions answered if I spoke to someone else I tried but everytime I was put on hold, once for two hours before I hung up. Never did get to speak to anyone. I booked my last cruise and this up coming one straight through Carnival. So yes until I had my sign and sail card in my hands and my feet hit the deck I was worried.
