Review summary

We had a great time. Everyone knew our names. Our room was cleaned 2x a day. There were tons of food choices. Would love to go on this ship again in the future.

Food and Dining

Lobster, filet, shrimp, mahi mahi, swordfish, just to name a few of the tasty dishes. Chocolate melting cake was spectacular too.

Entertainment

Loved Frank Del Pizzo comedy show! So funny. Magic show was entertaining and funny. Loved the voice of the pool side reggae guy. Spent a lot of time in the casino, won a lot up front, lost it all and then some the last two days. Bad luck???? Had some low limits for the conservitive gambler.

Always nice and smiling. Even when I saw them being abused by crazy overdemanding people.

Ship Quality

The ship was huge. 3 small pools, but easy to get to all parts. The workout room was very nice. TV's on each treadmill. The decor was a bit old in the rooms and hallways, but I expected that based on the price.

The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough, but the decor was old and the sheets and towels were a bit scratchy.

Great to walk off the ship at this dock. Definitly book something, the free beach is a over-crowded disaster.

Catamaran sail and snorkel was awesome. Shopping was blah, a lot of cheap trinkets and people haggling you downtown.

Good shopping, walk off the pier to close downtown shopping. Did a snorkel to stingray with 2 reefs for $39pp. Booked online. This was my favorite.

Cave tubing and atv in the jungle. Our guides were so nice and they went above and beyond to accomidate us. Free wine, and a tamale lunch all for $75pp. Cavetubing.com

Cons: Waiting as a second class citizen to debark for belize b/c I did not book an excursion through carnival
