Overall it was a wonderful cruise. The disembarkation was the worst!!

Our biggest disappointment was the fitness center. Air conditioning was not adequate. Cardio equipment was antiquated and while usable, it was noisy; many machines were not in service, screens did not work on several machines. The weight equipment was in even worse shape - very old! Also the fitness center was not supervised and the age restrictions were therefore not enforced. Weights were being carelessly dropped and machines not used properly. Also the whirlpool was rarely available due to groups congregating in it for long periods of time. The lemon and orange water containers, while a great idea, were leaking all over the floor (very slippery!) and if they were full, there were no clean glasses and vice versa! Realizing that the Legend is an older ship, there is however, no excuse for old, broken fitness equipment!
Serenity Pool and area was anything but serene! Passengers would put their towels on chairs and then leave for long periods of time. Seemed there was never a free chair! Very frustrating since vacant chairs were supposed to have the towels removed every 40 minutes I believe. Also the cushions need to be replaced as many appeared stained.

Wonderful - enjoyed every performance. The only disappointment was the comedian, Chris Cope.
We loved Russell Blues at Billie's Piano Bar.

Jose and Samdani were excellent waiters in the dining room. Always greeted us by our names and kept us happy. Jose is a great dancer!!!! Our assistant room steward, Juliet, was so very sweet and helpful. Always polite and always greeted us by our first names.

Air conditioning was very cold! I loved it! Always clean. Bed very comfy.
It was mass chaos! Everyone trying to exit at the same time. Elevators full!! People crammed together! There has to be a better way - ask Chick-fil-A to help!!
Sorry about your experiences with the fitness center. I am one who knows there is a fitness center but couldn’t tell you where it was on any of the ships we have been on! I can do fitness at home. Cruises are to have fun and enjoy. 😉
