The production shows were outstanding. The Internet package was disappointing. Fabi, Alex, and DJ Saxy from the Fun Crew were high energy, Fabi greeted us wherever we were. On early excursion days the buffet should open at 5:30 like the restaurant. we were in too big of a hurry to sit in a restaurant. We wanted something quick and easy. The app works well and allowed us to group our party to see the activities each was interested in.

Service was excellent in the dining room. Our service knew our wants after the first night. we were switched to another table one evening. We appreciated our regular servers more. Lariana and Iwayan were great.

There were four or five production shows on a 7 night cruise. They were all outstanding. Alex, the cruise director and DJ Saxy were high energy.

The servers were excellent. Our room steward changed three times while we were on the ship. My fife locked herself out of the cabin on the last night. She found a staff member in the hall. He called our steward, Ja at 9:25 pm. he said he was off duty. My wife had to find me to get my key. She was livid. It's the first time we did not give the steward a tip.

This cabin had much more storage than other ships we have been on.

we always purchase Internet packages so we can find each other by texting.. The ship's Wi-Fi does not support texting or Wi-Fi calling.
