Went very smoothly & was quick. I use an electric wheelchair & my party was allowed to get in with me thru the lower gangway. Everyone was very welcoming & helpful

Food and Dining

We preferred to eat in the MDR for breakfast brunch & dinner each evening. The food was delicious. Portions didn’t seem large but no one in our party left hungry. The wait staff we had were amazing & kept the fun upbeat theme going all week!
Onboard Activities

There were a lot of trivia’s which I enjoy but my husband doesn’t. He would go along for some but didn’t participate. The other games they had were a lot of fun. Just wish they didn’t have so many things going at once so we could have a little time in between to get to the next activity. Bingo was extremely expensive for two to play it cost us $100 & it was only 3 games total.

The comedians were good I liked that they switched them out midweek to give us more of a variety & saw no repeat shows
Children's Programs

Had my 16 along. She only went to the teen club 2 times on this cruise when previously she had wanted to spend all her time there. She just didn’t find it entertaining to her anymore. Nothing to do with staffing I think she has just outgrown it & preferred to be with us
Service and Staff

Dining room staff was amazing as always. Our waiters even knew our names & interacted with us on lido if we saw them. Everyone always had a smile I. Their face & made us feel welcomed. I do have to say our room attendant did what was required of her but didn’t put an extra effort into anything for example she gave us the same towel animal twice. I know first world problems but we never saw her throughout the cruise except when she introduced herself to us. It took 2 days to get an extra chair for the balcony & we had requested it the first day. I just continued to leave a note for her when we left the cabin to remind her when we left the room. Always saw someone from housekeeping cleaning all areas of the ship.
Ship Quality

This is by far my favorite class of ship. It’s easy to navigate & not overly crowded. Didn’t have a hard time finding seats except for in the comedy club it was alway full. The crew did an excellent job of keeping everything clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Like I stated earlier the room attendant did what was required but never saw her after her introduction. The room was clean but with my folding electric wheelchair it got kinda crowded in there. The shower also was slow in draining but it really didn’t effect us.
We were only there for a short amount of time so we didn’t venture from the port shopping area. The people selling items here were much better than Nassau not pushy & had good prices didn’t feel we had to negotiate with them.
We booked an excursion from this site for the glass bottom boat tour. We were to get a free rum punch & it was to be 90 minutes long. Didn’t receive the drink & the whole thing only last an hour. The glass panels were not what we expected & were hard to see through. They tour guide was nice though but made sure to tell everyone he doesn’t get paid for giving the tour so everyone felt obligated to tip. We usually tip anyway as I’m sure a lot do but there was no need for him to tell us he doesn’t get paid. We had enough time to shop at the straw market & the people there are so pushy trying to get you to buy their items. They always give you an outrageous price & you have to haggle them down to something reasonable. I understand that’s how they make their living but I feel they don’t need to be so aggressive when trying to make a sale. We even had one lady tell my daughter to ask your mom when she told her she wasn’t interested in buying something
The different areas of the ship to wait in for disembarking were really kind of small & I am pretty sure our area wasn’t getting all the announcements of when we could get off because we had early tags but everyone was getting off at the same time. Didn’t hear them calling for any numbers until the crew member in our area told us we were good to go
