Review summary

This is my second time on this route of Cruise and I still enjoyed it very much. Stuffs are as attentive as always. I understand that we want to save paper but I felt I was not as informed about what is going on on the ship. Quality of food is not as good as my previous experiences. Sometimes I could not find what I want to eat in Buffets, which was never a case in my previous cruises.

I drove to the Baltimore port. It took me almost one hour to get to the cruise terminal, which is too much in my opinion. It definately needs to improve by opening more lanes for parking.

Love the main dining room. But food need some improvements. I am a returning customer and felt the quality of food is not as good. I had hard time to find fish dishes.

Main dining room stuffs are very pleasant. We especially appreciate the service of Duy and Puii. They are very attentive and friendly.

Cabin is a bit small but comfortable. Stuffs took extra steps to fix our twin beds, which kept separating during the night, to a large bed. The view from our balcony is amazing.

Hi. For future cruises, they still have paper copies of the Fun Times at the Java coffee bar and at guest services. Glad you had a great cruise 🚢
