We had an awesome time on our anniversary cruise with our travel friends. Our cabins were near each other so we could easily meet up to go on our 'adventures'. A week just isn't quite long enough but was a lot of fun with some R&R mixed in. We will book from Baltimore again soon!
Embarkation

Very efficient and quick! Only wait was to enter parking but understand they have to let the returning cruisers get out safely. After dropping off our luggage, we had a 1pm boarding time and walked right in, no waiting anywhere! We did our muster drill as soon as we boarded and room was ready when promised. A+
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food, drinks and service were excellent. We ate each night (late dining) in the MDR, and did the buffets/'food court' for lunch. Especially enjoyed the great options in the MDR and the short entertainment by the crew. We were brought a special dessert on our anniversary and got a shout out from Ken in the MDR. He then sang New York, New York. He didn't know but we had gotten married in NY state 34 years ago!
Onboard Activities

Cruise Director Cam was everywhere - he was first rate A++! The Activities team was great - we attended Bingo, Deal or No Deal, Love & Marriage and comedy shows. Especially appreciated how well done the Military Appreciation event was handled. All were very well attended.
Entertainment

Shows were really well done. Each was unique and the performers were amazing singers and dancers! A+
Service and Staff

Had a great dining room team of Eric, George and Jack. Very friendly and professional. The MDR daily 'shot drink' server Errol was a 'woot woot' hoot. Our room steward Bisma took very good care of us. We had a couple special needs and he was great about helping us out. A+ A shout out again to Cam as Cruise Director. He was very professional, friendly and just fun to have around! A++

Ship looked great!! No complaints.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our cabin. It was set up differently than a normal balcony cabin so felt very spacious - extra window and chair, more counter space, etc.. We are spoiled now...
Ship tip
We always book a cabin on 5, 6 or 7 to avoid having Lido overhead (noise). We like a cabin near the elevators for ease of access. If you don't like walking through the casino (can be loud and smokey), use your deck (or the 3rd deck) to go from one end of the ship to the other. For early morning coffee in your cabin, call room service the night before and arrange for fee delivery at your preferred time.
Liked Princess Cays but prefer Half Moon Cay now that we have visited - a bit too many rocks in the water - be sure to wear water shoes. Buffet was OK (cookout food) - not as good as food on the ship.
Port was good - will be better once construction is completed on new section. Had to walk quite aways to get to excursion vehicles. There is shopping nearby once we returned from our excursion (island tour by motorcoach).
Easy on and off the ship with small area of shopping/food right by the entrance/exit to the ship. We did not do an excursion due to short amount of time in port. Had fun at Senor Frogs after some souvenir shopping.
All went smoothly. Bit of a wait til we were called to exit the ship but not that bad - we understand why we had to leave the cabin, and then have time for the luggage to get brought off. We do not carry off our luggage.
Appreciate your very detailed review. Glad you enjoyed your cruise. Be sure to check your specials as a returning guest; I think it’s available for 4weeks. Happy anniversary!
