FAMILY HEIRLOOM CIGAR LIGHTER GIFT WAS CONFISCATED AT TSA WITH NO REGURD OR ADVANCED WARNING FORM CARNIVAL. TRIED RETRIEVING IT ON ARRIVAL AND WAS THREATENED BY TSA SUPERVISOR BY CALLING FOR SHERIFF SIMPLY FOR TRYING TO GET MY LIGHTER BACK ..SUCKS

MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ENJOYED OUR EARLY DINNER SEATING IT WAS OUTSTANDING OUR WAITERS WERE ON THE MONEY 10 OUT 10. HOWEVER THE FOOD NOT SO MUCH CHICKEN WAS ALWAYS RUBBERY .MENU DIDN'T CHANGE. THANK GOODNESS YOU GUYS HAD GUY BURGERS AND THE MEXICAN STAND.....REALLY DISAPPOINTED CONSIDERING THIS WAS MY PLATINUM VOYAGE TRULY BOMBED OUT WASTE OF MONEY

Hmmm very odd rating, regardless of the cruise line. However remember at all times you get what you pay for. At the end of the day nobody cares what level you are.
I say BS .. firstly where Diamond 💎 what did u expect a special dinner and shows just for u becoming platinum...????
The menu changers every night they also have themed nights for food Mexican etc ....except for the same everyday menu on one page ?
if you had an issue with meals then they have team leaders and Matrde to handle any issues ?
If u had an issue with ur cabin then why give the room steward 10 out of 10 ?????
Rust in the loo ? means all your water in the cabin including showers and hand basin would of been brown ?did u not shower either?
Hubby and have just had our 27 th cruises and he has never had an issue boarding a ship in Australia, Asia or US with any cigarette lighters .. Zippo or bic lighter no problem...
Being platinum you get occasion free drink free laundry and a present what was ur gift ?
Oh and a free bottle of water woohoo ....
As far as birthdays etc ...if they know they send you choc strawberries to your cabin the steward and crew acknowledge your special occasion normally with
Cake in the dinning room with candle and they sing if that’s what u want 🙄
For heavens sake platinum is no big deal get some time up before you expect special treatment...

So sorry that your lighter was confiscated. Also sorry that you did not receive any special attention for your hard earned money spent to get to that level.I would feel just as you do,totally let down.Dont stop cruising because of this if you love it so much!That being said have a great new year !
