Cruise was Awesome

Sail Date: August 14, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Pros: seeing the different ports

Cons: not enough time in the ports

Recommends Carnival Legend? Yes!

Onboard activities were lame with the exception of the comedy club.
Food and Dining
Dining room had good food quality but inability to change the "plate" ie: no mushrooms etc. The steakhouse restaurant was incredible!!!
Cabin / Stateroom
The bed was very uncomfortable
Ship Quality
Pools were small and crowded but they did have an adult only pool area.
Service and Staff
We were called by name multiple times during our cruise making us feel like we were the only ones onboard.
Belize City, Belize
Must do the land rover/cave tour. It was AMAZING and the guides were friendly and knowledgable.
Don't Miss: Land rover/cave tour
Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
Beautiful port just didn't have enough time. Gumbalimba park is lame, don't waste the time.
Don't Miss: Zip line was awesome
George Town, Grand Cayman
Very much a tourist town and very expensive. The turtle farm and stingray swim is incredible.
Don't Miss: Stingray swim and turtle farm
Cozumel, Mexico
Loved the Coba ruins, just felt rushed and wish we had more time.
