Review summary

The ship, while a little over the top, was very pretty and exceptionally clean and well maintained. There were a lot of things to do and never felt crowded, even on at sea days. There were lots of places to sit and listen to music, talk or have a drink. The theme of the ship, Legends, was fun and we enjoyed remembering the myths represented by the different areas of the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was great. I would recommend the my time flexible dining as you don't have to plan your day around your dinner time. The Golden Fleece Steakhouse was out of this world good and the perfect place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Good variety of activities, however, was disappointed that the place to get ping pong paddles, miniature gold items, etc, closed early in the evening. There was only one pool open until 10 pm.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
One of our teens participated in the o2 (15-17) and enjoyed it.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
At first, I didn't think the staff was as friendly as on Royal Caribbean, however things improved after the first day. our waiters were great and remembered what we liked, our drinks(and had them waiting for us each evening).

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The walkways were not crowded and the layout of the ship was very good. It did take us several days to figure out where everything was, but the ship map helped!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The room was surprisingly big. There was plenty of closet shelf and hanging space so I could unpack our family of 4 and store the luggage under the bed. The bed linens were nice and soft. The staff did a great job of cleaning the room twice a day and making sure you always had dry towels

Ports of call

Belize City, Belize

the area is very poor. We did not do a tour and were barraged by people as soon as we walked out of port wanting to braid hair, tours, massage and yes, sell you drugs. the zoo was the best. Very small and made up of rescued animals on native to Belize. I was 4 inches from a Jaguar and puma. It was wonderful!
Don't Miss: Belize zoo

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

it is best to do a tour here. the beach access is in the bay and not on the sea side. I would recommend either going to the beach on the sea side or doing the cave tours if you can afford. they are very expensive.
Don't Miss: cave tubing

George Town, Grand Cayman

5 out of 5
the Reef and Rays tour is the BEST. the staff was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed petting the sting rays. the cruise had shortened our time in port before the cruise and we would have enjoyed more time there.
Don't Miss: Reef and Rays tour

Cozumel, Mexico

You don't need to pay for a beach outing. All of the beaches are public. We enjoyed the beach and snorkeling on our own.
Don't Miss: The Beach

Pros: The ship was very clean and well maintained

Cons: Would have liked more time in grand cayman
