The name itself is pretty self explanatory. It means you board the ship faster, your room is ready when you board, if you have shore excursions you get to them faster and also get to get off the ship quicker when your cruise is over.

Though I must add Carnival isn’t offering that at this time because, of Covid restrictions. But that was last year so maybe it has changed.

It's basically a way to buy a higher VIFP status and you get some of the perks as if you were diamond or platinum for a one time charge per cabin. Its been stopped since covid but will eventually return.
