Review summary

This was a quick weekend birthday cruise for my husband. We had 24 guests ranging in age from 6-65. Everyone had something to do, we stayed busy the entire weekend and really enjoyed ourselves.

Embarkation

Very quick and easy. We had an issue with one passenger who had forgotten her birth certificate. I was allowed off the ship to help her. We got a photo text to our phone, emailed to Carnival. They printed the Birth Certificate, took her to a special line and got her checked in. Was very impressed with their concern to help her get her birth certificate and get checked in.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Had a great time in the dining room. We were a party of 24 and the waiters went out of their way to take care of everyone. Had Sea Day brunch and again went out of their way to accommodate our group. Everyone loved Guy Fieri's burgers.

Onboard Activities

Kids had a great time at the water slides and kid's club. Great party at the pool on Sunday.

Entire staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of and always had a pleasant attitude.

Ship Quality

No complaints about the ship. Everyday were cleaning the halls and decks. Very simple lay out and easy to get around

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was very nice and comfortable. There were only 2 of us so we had plenty of room.

Got off in Ensenada, very easy. There was a water park just over the bridge that the kids loved when we went back to the ship.

We checked our luggage, went to the Lido deck and had breakfast at Blue Iguana and visited with our group until our zone was called. We were off within 20 minutes.
