Overall we had an amazing time. The kids said that this was the best cruise yet. The weather was perfect, we had one drink package and I had purchased Cruise Bar Cash in advance as well as redeemed rewards for $120 in photo credit. Our family pictures turned out great. Guy's Burgers is one of our favorites and it did not disappoint. Blue Iguana Cantina satisfied those with burrito/taco cravings. The deli served a delicious Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese on Bagel. Love the calamari and escargot in the MDR. Just a wonderful, wonderful time.

EXCELLENT for solving the dilemma created by my 17yo nephew whose US Passcard was expired, valid CA DL & no birth certificate. Fortunately I had a copy on my phone from 2 years ago when my sis-in-law forgot BOTH birth certificates. THANK YOU CARNIVAL -- the supervisor gave us the email address, copies were scanned, emailed to them, they printed them out, finished checking us in, we received our Sign & Sail Cards and made our way to Guy's Burgers.

There were 8 in our group and everyone was happy with the buffet, MDR, Pizza place, sandwich station. We found enough variety to keep at least 4 picky eaters happy the entire cruise. I love the fish selections on the menus -- surprised I don't come home with gills. Hubby & daughter are big steak eaters, one son gets his "vegetarian" on with the India root vegetables. My other son loves the pasta dishes. Calamari is the best.
Onboard Activities

We didn't do a lot, but what we did do, was a lot of fun. The kids 12, 17, 21, 26, 27, 28 took advantage of spending quality time, enjoying the food, and we had several great Scrabble games at the Lido. The Transformers & My Little Pony promotion were just great. Unfortunately, my kids were too old, but it was cool to see the transformers. Wish we had taken pictures with Bumble Bee.

I think I was the only one who went to a show. I did walk in for Divas, but I like the music from the older singers-- Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Annie Lennox -- I didn't stay long. I did attend the Classic Rock show and enjoyed that very much.
Children's Programs
I signed both my niece 12 & nephew 18 up for the program but they did not want to attend, preferring to hang out with their older "cousins".

Everyone staff person with whom we interacted would call us by name, they were attentive, after 25+ cruises, I am still appreciative of the special personal touch Carnival staff give me when I'm cruising. I feel special and relaxed, thank you.

Cabin was perfect for two people, plenty of closet space, bathroom clean and comfortable.
Took the horseback riding excursion through Carnival and had a wonderful time. The horses were healthy, well maintained. Miguel, the guide, spoke English very well and gave a nice back history to the surrounding areas. I would definitely book this excursion in the future and highly recommend it. We went in the morning and beat the heat.
We carried off our own luggage. It took us about 30 minutes longer than usual but that's because the family took to long and was just dilly dallying. The process itself was fine.
