generally we really enjoyed our spring break get away to the Cazumel cruise! there were a few complaints that were taken care of the moment you mention it to the staff or customer desk! we had a hard time choosing what to eat and there was always a huge amount of food and a very nice variety to choose from as well. Our children were very happy with the icecream selfserve bar and everything from pizza bar to a formal dinner. it was too cold and windy however one of our sons still got the nerves to SLIDE on the slide! the views were great and definitely book WITH THE CRUISE all of your land excursions!!! we were way late getting back from TULUM, LOVED this one! and still ran to the store and were last getting on the ship!!! if the seas are rough get a patch through your doctor cause I could not enjoy our formal lobster night AT ALL! Shows were good, I remember the comedy one and also the Rock N Roll! We would really like NO SMOKING ANYWHERE cruise next time!
In comparison to the other cruises, we went only on the Europe River cruises numerous times, the crowd is bigger if you do not want beer drinking sharing whirlpoosl than do not go to those areas let them be there is plenty of room for every type of characters, this ship is old and need constant repair and maintanance.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
a lot to choose from, great selections; waiters could use some customer training! DO TRY some unique food creations you will never have a chance to try anywhere else!

Onboard Activities

Mexicana night was GREAT, food was amazing!!! we played mini golf a couple of times!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
go to all of the shows so you can compare, we went only to the family friendly once, went to the break dance duo TWICE!

Children's Programs

did not use, it seems that kids were running around by themselves a lot unsupervised?!

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
waiters must have more customer training, no talking and working on your issues as cruisers eat and try to enjoy their dinners?! however it was taken care of after we complained!

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
old, some rust, but running just fine

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
great, we had two foldable bunks, kids had THE BEST TIME EVER! every time we left our room it was cleaned and kids' blankets were folded and cruise toy that we purchased was on top and also towel creations were great I took pix of everyone of them!

Ship Tip

if you are a romantic type, there are plenty of areas where we went to, were by ourselves and watched FLYING FISH and dolphins in a very nice breezy deck area!!! of as our boys were getting totally loaded on their icecream!

5 out of 5
we parked, walked over, did not stop even for a moment, the check in was a breeze, do get only carry on luggage it will make your check in and out a BREEZE! plus it is not bulky as you eat and walk around WAITING for your room to be ready!

Key West, Florida Did not visit port

we are from the keys, so the dock is right in the center of everything, walking distance!

Cozumel, Mexico Did not visit port

walked off the ship, loved it, too bad did not have a chance to explore
