Review summary

Need better information about the cruise cash and cruise cash bar. And assign the amounts of credits to each person account instead of just crediting the account to the main person account listed on the credit card.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Had wheel chair assistance. So it was very helpful.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Didn’t do specialty dining. Dining room and buffets were very good. Soups could have been hotter.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Didn’t participate in activities. Partial handicap. My family did some and they were happy.

Entertainment

I enjoyed the casino.

Children's Programs

No young children.

Service and Staff

Service was excellent. No complaints in this area!!!

Ship Quality

Good

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
First time in an inside cabin. Not bad but will try not to do that again. Last minute reservations for a family vacation & trying to be on the same area

Ship tip

Wouldn’t do the ships transfer to the airports.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Oranjestad, Aruba

5 out of 5

Kralendijk, Bonaire Did not visit port

Had been there before on a tour. Too short. My family went to the beach and said it was great!!

La Romana, Dominican Republic Did not visit port

Didn’t go. Too hot for elderly people who can’t do a lot of heat and there’s no assistance to the main shopping area.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic Did not visit port

Too hot and no assistance for elderly to get to the main areas.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
I needed wheel chair assistance and had to walk and stand and wait to get assistance to the area for assistance and finally a security person got a service worker to get help for me. Debarking is the absolute worst. Wheelchair access should be available from the cabin and not have to walk all over through the crowded areas!!!

Good news. Carnival has arranged for all Caribbean Islands to not go over 78 degrees starting July 1. They apologized to any guests inconvenienced by previous heat.
