Review summary

From the very first night, beginning at 2:30AM & lasting until around 6:00AM, we would be awake due to the loud noise above our room. The noise included metal on metal clanging, utility door above us opening, heavy items plopping on ground, items on wheels being rolled across the floor. This continued every night and was not addressed no matter how many times we complained. Guest services advised us they know this is an issue on every single voyage and nothing they can do about it.

Always make sure you have rooms to your left, right and on top and bottom. That is your best chance of have a quiet room. We had to learn this the hard way on one of our cruises. But we still had a great time.

Appreciate your feedback. A cabin beneath the galley is bound to be noisy and there is nothing that can change it. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Glad you have a cruise line that fits your needs. Enjoy RCCL.
