Review summary

I really enjoyed this cruise because for the first time in a long time we went to ports we had never visited before. I would like to repeat this iteniary when the temps are a tad bit cooler.

Getting on board was a breeze. Finding a parking spot in the garage was somewhat of a challenge but we survived. We were on board by 12:30, we checked in at our muster station went straight to Guy's pig & anchor for barbeque while counting down to dropping off our carry on bag in our cabin.

We did the comedy shows which were pretty good. The lines were always long for the adult comedy show but they were worth the wait. We didn't do any of the other shows because of our dining time.

The cabin was comfortable, clean and cool. We brought a small fan because I read a lot of complaints about cabins been hot. Thankfully we had the fan but we really didn't need it.

Ship tip

Pack your patience and a positive attitude remember you are on vacation. There seems to be more either first time cruisers or a new generation of entitled young people with no manners or respect for anyone.

In my recent cruising ventures, I have witnessed the same. Either first time cruisers (a lot of Blue Cards) or the same entitled young people that failed to pack their manners and instead packed their attitudes and rudeness. Thanks for the review. We head out on the Horizon in 48 days. But who’s counting. 😀
