Review summary

My entire experience was very memorable. Cuzn Cookie , we really enjoy him! I wish we could have seen an heard more from him. The entire staff was very professional and kind. However my only draw back was the layout of the ship not my favorite. The elevators are different but I soon got use to them in no time not a big deal to me. My room was clean and comfortable. As stated very memorable vacation.....The best port was Cozumel Mexico

Smooth once I figured my way through the crowd to get to my bus to the airport. I had to board that bus by 9:30am me and my family if we had not figured a way we would have missed our bus. Which was not smooth....gotta to do that a little better. And I was hoping to see the crew at the end but nope on our other cruises the crew meet you at the end and said bye

Moses at customer service desk excellent My room service was excellent from Armanda my stateroom attendant was exceptional 👌 he was very kind and sweet. Such a humble spirit. He deserves five stars indeed. Our attendant at dinner Iwayan Eka was exceptional 👌 and excellent he also deserves five stars. The staff was great all around very professional and welcoming they all made sure our vacation was worth the memories. I will say the jewelry shop with the watches the one guy was a bit rude to my cousin. He has the ponytail a bit uppity not like the rest of the staff. But that one bad apple did not spoil it because as I stated the entire staff was professional and kind.

I do not like the layout of the ship! It was clean for the most part but the layout 👎 compared to the MardiGras and Royal is no comparing 😔 my next cruise will be on the Celebration

Cleanliness excellent 👌 👏 👍 Armada is an exceptional stateroom attendant. I hope he moves up soon he is so kind. The size of the room was OK no complaints. The bed was a little hard but it was alright.
